This first release with winemaker Jean Hoefliger at the helm ushers in a new era for Collide wines. 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, from five select sites across Sonoma's Alexander Valley, made in a classic California style. Aromas of blueberries and black currants, with dusty cocoa nibs, and light cedar notes welcome you to the glass, where  you are met with an onrush of black cherry, with lustrous vanilla Chantilly cream, and accents of graphite on the long, velvety finish. An assortment of smoldering sage and blood orange peel lingers long after each sip, uplifting the wine's final note and begging you to indulge in just one more sip.
